Salmon

Salmon is our specialty and we are one of the key players in fresh and frozen whole salmon, portions and filets and of smoked salmon in the United States. We import mainly Chilean and Norwegian fish and have the ability to process and smoke fish in Norway, Chile and in the United States. As for the rest of of Gourmet line, we pack our products under our brand Dawson Bay or in clear packaging for food service as well as private label for our customers.

In both fresh and frozen, our salmon products include:

    We work with both fresh and frozen and only with top of the line farms and products.

  • We distribute under the retail brand Dawson Bay as well as transparent packaging for food service or customers's private labels. Our current retail products are:

  • Dawson Bay Smoked salmon (4oz retail pack)
  • Dawson Bay pre-cooked and ready to eat black mussels
