Foie Gras and Duck products are also part of our new product lines.
South Pacific Specialties is importing the raw material and terrines from France and Canada and we work only with
top of the line farms and producers in order to ensure the best quality products for our customers.
We commercialize the duck products under the Dawson Bay brand but can do clear packaging or private label.
We also sell foodservice size containers and can portion and vacuum pack all products for retail use.
