and all over the world and we always work to get the best quality products at the best price for our customers.

As of December of 2011, South Pacific Specialties and our sister company True nature seafood entered a partnership with the Chilean salmon farm Australis seafood. This vertical integration with the farm makes us a strong direct partner. Our mission statement since the creation of the company has been to bring our customers closer to the source and we are now: The source!
Australis is in the final stage of becoming Global G.A.P certified. This certification sets standards of sustainability by minimizing environmental impacts of farming operations, reducing the use of chemical input and ensuring a responsible approach to worker health and safety as well as animal welfare.
We currently import and distribute over 2 million pounds of fresh salmon every month and have a great deal of experience with the largest supermarket chains and price clubs as well as nationwide food service all the way down to local wholesalers and distributors.
We have processing plants in Chile and the United States and can customize products for our customers’ needs
The quality of our Dawson Bay products is outstanding and our fresh salmon from Australis is the best quality product from Chile. Our farm controls the genetics of the fish from the ova until our cutting edge live harvesting and processing assuring the best available end product.
